Create a folder without any name

We can create a new folder without any name by following simple steps which are given below;

 Create a new folder then right click and select rename.
 When the new folder will be highlight then press these keys
Alt + 0160 or Alt + 0255
Now you will find a new folder without any name.

How to Restart Windows without Restarting your PC

When you click on the SHUTDOWN button, make sure to simultaneous press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button, you computer would restart without restarting the Computer.
This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".

Tips to recover scratched CD's

1. Spread a cloth on a flat surface and place the CD on it. 
2. Then, hold the disc with one hand, use the other to wipe the polish into the affected area with a soft          cloth. 
3. Wait for it to dry and buff using short, brisk strokes along the scratch, not across it. 
4. A cloth sold to wipe spectacles or camera lenses will work super m8's. 
5. When you can no longer see the scratch,, wash the disc with water and let it dry before                       playing. Interesting isn't it? Try it right now

         I have used toothpaste with good effects before  I Have also used car paint cutting compound on deeper scratches. It does leave lots of smaller scratches (as it is a cutting compound after all) but it will remove the worst scratches in most cases.

This program used for cleaning hard disk to offer space.

Click : start
Then : run  
type : cleanmgr

Remove shutdown button

     To remove the shutdown button from the logon screen in Win XP, use regedit and navigate to the following key: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system 

Change the value of the word 'shutdownwithoutlogon' to '0'.
Exit regedit.

Increase the life of Your DVD ROM

This is an interesting one!!!

This is for those who watch movies on their computer's dvd rom drive!!!
There is a software called dvd idle pro which can really increase the life of your dvd drive. By using the Smart Read-ahead Cache,
DVDIdle saves DVD data which will be played soon onto the hard disk cache or RAM cache, and
then feeds it to DVD player.
This allows the DVD drive to rest.

For example:
a 6X-speed DVD drive will only work for 15 minutes when you are watching a 90 minutes DVD
movie.
